Application:
TYB Series oil purifier uses advanced Coalescing-Separation Filter element, water separator, and high precise degree fine filter together in an integrated system to make a high efficient oil demulsification and oil dehydration function, which can remove large of water and particles without heating, creates the fastest dehydration speed, and clean the oil by multistage filtration.
This equipment can efficiently remove free water and solid pollutants in petroleum-based oil products such as hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, gas turbine oil, diesel, aviation kerosene, light fuel oil etc., and can also bypass or online purify the oil separately according to needs.
Working Principle
There are two sets of filter elements with different functions inside the coalescing separator system: coalescing filter and separation filter. When the oil flows through the coalescing separator, it undergoes the four process stages of filtration, coalescence, sedimentation, and separation in the interior to realize the functions of filtering out particulate dirt and removing water.
Main Features:
- TYB series purifier adopt special coalescing-separation type oil water separator to remove the moisture in fuel oil, which requires no heating and offering more than 20 times dewatering efficiency compared with other normal filters.
- TYB takes high efficient and big quantity capable filters for removing and eliminating impurities from oil.
- TYB is no heating needed, so it’s very safe for fuel oil purification, and at the same time, the additives in the oil are well prevented from degradation or deterioration. Oil property kept as new.
- Easy operation, water can be discharged online automatically without the presence of duty operators.
5. Low operation cost, 20%-40% lower than vacuum dehydration type purifier, centrifugal purifier and filter press type oil purifier machines. And vacuum type oil purifier needs heating to dehydrate oil.
